The journey to creating your custom dream home comprises of 4 main elements.
An Initial Concept Meeting is the first step to designing your dream home.
At this stage we will be discussing a few points, with the main one being your new home concept. We will cover your must haves and wants, lifestyle, future plans etc.
If you already have a concept, then we can talk about this design in great detail to ensure your expectations are understood.
We will also be discussing some fundamentals like the Building Process, Site Works, Budget, Your Block, Expectations, a little bit about who we are and answer any questions you may have.
After this meeting you will have an understanding of what we can offer you at Motive, and more importantly, what the next steps are.

Finding the right block is just as important as your home design.
